Les Monarques 1004 is a self-catered apartment in Les Arcs 1800, and welcomes you in the heart of Les Monarques residence, in the Village du Chantel. Fully renovated and carefully decorated, this 89 m² apartment combines contemporary elegance with mountain authenticity — an exceptional alpine setting for your winter and summer stays.
From the bright, spacious living room, the view of Mont Blanc is simply breathtaking. This unique panorama over the roof of Europe is one of the apartment’s greatest assets — a view you won’t want to leave, from breakfast to sunset.
With 3 bedrooms and 8 beds, the apartment suits families and groups of friends alike. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds pushed together as a double, with a double duvet; they can be separated if you prefer, though space is limited in that layout. The third, with its two bunk beds, sleeps four children. Each sleeping area has generous storage, designed for longer stays.
The fully equipped kitchen, the large living room with its 360° wood stove and the balcony make this a warm and easy place to live all year round. In summer the balcony becomes the favourite spot: breakfast facing Mont Blanc, drinks as the sun sets over the peaks, or a quiet moment after a day on the slopes or the trails.
Ski-in ski-out access takes you straight from the residence onto the Paradiski ski area and its 425 km of pistes. The bedrooms and balcony face away from the snow front, keeping things calm and quiet — the benefit of ski-in ski-out without the noise that often comes with it.
The Village du Chantel offers a peaceful, unspoilt setting away from the bustle of the snow front, yet only a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Arc 1800 with its shops, restaurants and shuttle buses.
The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, a private washer and dryer, and a kitchen equipped for cooking as you would at home. Swimming pool included, spa access available at extra cost, private parking and two ski lockers (no. 1004) complete the residence’s facilities.
