How do I book the apartment?

What payment methods are accepted?
We manage bookings directly, without any intermediary platform. Payment is made by bank transfer according to terms agreed together.
What is the minimum length of stay?
During high season (Christmas, February, Easter), the minimum stay is one week (Saturday to Saturday). Shorter stays are possible during low season.
Is there internet access?
Yes, the apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi included in the rental rate.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Is the apartment non-smoking?
Yes, the apartment is strictly non-smoking, including the balcony. We thank you for respecting this rule for the comfort of all guests.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Different times may be arranged depending on availability — feel free to ask us.
Is cleaning included?
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental rate. However, we ask you to leave the apartment in a reasonably tidy condition on departure. The kitchen should be fully cleaned, and dishes washed or left running in the dishwasher before you leave.
Is bed and bath linen provided?
Bed sheets and bath towels are provided and included in the rental rate. We simply ask you to bring your own beach towels if you plan to use the pool.
Can I access the pool and spa?
Access to the residence’s pool is free and included for all guests. Access to the Nama Springs spa (sauna, hammam) is available as an option, not included in the rental rate.
Are parking and ski lockers included?
Yes, a private parking space and two ski lockers are included with the apartment, to safely store your vehicle and equipment during your stay.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit of €1,200 is required via bank card pre-authorisation on arrival. It is not charged and is released after your departure, unless damage is found.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 30 days before your arrival. After that, the full stay amount remains due. Full details are available in our terms and conditions.
How does key collection work?
Key collection is handled by Alpissimo, our concierge partner, at the Edenarc reception. A practical guide detailing access to the apartment and residence is sent to you as your arrival approaches.
Is someone on-site in case of a problem?
Yes, the Alpissimo concierge team is present at the Edenarc reception during your stay for any practical questions or unforeseen issues. We also remain directly reachable for any request.
