Terms & Conditions

Rental conditions

📅 Duration & Check-in/out

  • Minimum stay: 1 week in peak season (Sat→Sat)
  • Shorter stays possible in low season
  • Check-in: from 5pm on Saturday
  • Check-out: before 10am on Saturday

💶 Payment & Security Deposit

  • 25% deposit upon booking
  • Balance due 30 days before arrival
  • Payment by bank transfer
  • €1,200 security deposit via bank card pre-authorisation

❌ Cancellation

  • More than 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
  • 30 days or less before arrival: no refund
  • Cancellation insurance recommended
